Placement Policy & Guidelines

The role of the Training and Placement Cell is of a facilitator and counsellor for placement-related activities. Training and Placement Cell provides 100% placement assistance to all registered students per the norms provided here.

General Policy

  1. The Training & Placement Office (TPO) at Clinigoal aims to provide placement assistance to all students enrolled in its programs. Placement is a privilege extended to students and cannot be claimed as a matter of right.

  2. Placement assistance may vary for each student depending on client eligibility criteria, educational background, industry experience, and additional skill certifications. Therefore, Clinigoal does not guarantee any specific salary range.

  3. Students who wish to participate in placement drives must register with the Training & Placement Department. No proxy registrations are allowed. Registration implies that the student has verified their details and agreed to the company profile, job role, terms & conditions, compensation, bond (if any), and eligibility criteria. Failure to attend a scheduled drive after registration may lead to disqualification from future placement opportunities.

  4. The placement department provides assistance to eligible students by arranging direct interviews, walk-ins, one-to-one interviews, and sharing job opportunities with multi-industry clients across India.

  5. Students are generally allowed to hold only one job offer at a time. However, placed students may be allowed to apply for opportunities with higher CTC at the discretion of the placement team. Once a student secures a job offer, participation in further campus recruitment processes may be restricted.

  6. The eligibility criteria defined by the hiring company will be final. Eligible and registered students are required to attend all training programs, workshops, and placement activities organized by Clinigoal.

  7. The placement coordinator will be the single point of contact for students. All communication, including registration, updates, and clarifications, must be routed through the placement coordinator.

  8. Many companies require valid identification during onboarding, such as a Passport, PAN Card, or Aadhaar Card. Students are advised to arrange these documents at the earliest.

  9. Students should keep soft copies of all important documents ready, including educational certificates, offer letters, relieving letters, and pay slips, and share them with the placement department when required.

  10. Students may need to manage their own travel arrangements for interviews, including intercity travel if required. They should inform their parents or guardians in advance if interviews extend late or require travel.

  11. Based on company requirements, students may be required to attend pooled placement drives at other institutions. Students should stay informed about the venue, process, and timing.

  12. Students attending interviews must follow these instructions:
    a. Report to the venue on time as per the instructions provided.
    b. Carry at least 5 copies of their resume, photocopies of certificates, and passport-size photographs.
    c. Formal attire is mandatory. Students in casual dress will not be allowed to participate.

  13. Students are responsible for regularly checking placement updates shared via Clinigoal placement groups or their registered email. It is not possible to notify each student individually, and all deadlines must be strictly followed.

  14. Students must maintain discipline, professionalism, and proper conduct throughout the placement process. Any violation of ethics, misconduct, or actions that harm the reputation of Clinigoal may result in permanent disqualification from placement assistance.

Pre-requisite For Placements

  1. Students who fail to pay the fees within the stipulated time will not be eligible for placement assistance at Clinigoal.

  2. 100% attendance is mandatory for all pre-placement activities, including pre-placement talks, guest lectures, placement meetings, and open house sessions, as per the official schedule.

  3. Exemption from placement-related activities will only be granted to students who obtain prior approval from the Placement Head through a written request submitted via the placement coordinator.

  4. A minimum of 90% academic attendance and completion of at least 60% of the course are mandatory for students to be eligible to participate in placement drives conducted by Clinigoal.

  5. Students are required to update their academic records with the Training & Placement Department after the declaration of results (especially in case of backlogs). Regular academic updates may be maintained by the department; however, incomplete or outdated information may lead to rejection by hiring companies.

Post Placement

  • An announcement email from the Clinigoal placement department or the hiring company will be considered a confirmed job offer.

  • Students must accept and complete all formalities related to the offer within the specified deadlines. It is the student’s responsibility to review the offer letter carefully and submit the required documents. If a student receives an offer directly from a company, the same must be informed to the Clinigoal placement team.

  • Students who receive and accept an offer will be de-registered from further placement processes and placement communication groups.

1. Education Loan Partner at Clinigoal:

Clinigoal has established a formal association with a reputable financial institution to provide education loans to our students. This collaboration is designed to facilitate access to quality education by easing financial constraints.

2. Prerequisites for Loan Application:

Before applying for an education loan through our Loan Partner, you must satisfy the following prerequisites:

a. Enrollment:
You must be a registered student at an institution, actively pursuing an accredited degree or program.

b. Creditworthiness:
Loan approval is subject to a creditworthiness assessment conducted by the Loan Partner. This assessment considers your credit history, financial stability, and your ability to meet loan repayment obligations.

c. Loan Amount:
The loan amount may vary based on the specific academic program, its duration, and other relevant factors. The determination of loan limits rests solely with the Loan Partner.

d. Co-signer:
If your creditworthiness falls short of the required criteria, the Loan Partner may mandate the involvement of a co-signer. The co-signer should be a creditworthy individual willing to assume liability for the loan in the event of default.

e. Acceptance Letter:
As part of the application process, you may be required to provide an official acceptance letter from the Institution.

3. No Refund Policy:

It is vital to note that once classes at the Institution have commenced, a strict “No Refund Policy” is in effect. Under no circumstances shall refunds or cancellations be granted post-commencement of classes. Students are urged to acknowledge the irrevocable nature of this policy and make financial arrangements accordingly.

The student must successfully complete the initial installment or the loan process before the commencement of the academic batch. A strict no-refund policy is in effect once the student has formally enrolled with Clinigoal.

Additionally, the enrollment fee of ₹3,000 is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, irrespective of admission status, batch allocation, or withdrawal.

Upon admission, the student is required to enroll in the course within 45 days (equivalent to four batches). Failure to do so will result in automatic revocation of the admission. This 45-day period or completion of four batches is the maximum duration for which we can reserve the student’s enrollment.

It is mandatory for students to adhere to the scheduled due dates and specified payment amounts. Failure to comply will result in automatic cancellation of admission.

Prior to the start of the academic batch, students are obligated to submit the admission form.

By engaging in the education loan application process through our Loan Partner, you indicate your understanding and acceptance of these policies and your commitment to adhere to the terms and conditions stipulated by the Loan Partner.

This SOP is a legally binding document, and you are encouraged to seek legal counsel or financial advice if you have any questions or concerns before proceeding.

Please ensure that you understand and follow all the above guidelines to facilitate a seamless academic journey with Clinigoal.
